Five Months Old

I can't believe my baby is five months old today! That makes him sound like he is such a big boy (and he is!). I have so many memories I want to share, but not enough time to write them all out now, so check back in a week or so.

In the meantime, here's a picture Daddy took of him on their stroller walk this evening.

Well, now that Ian is SEVEN months old, I'm finally getting back to this post. I have to say the thing that sticks out most in my mind for this time is how much Ian loved to hold hands while nursing. He would cross his tiny legs and grab for my hand and just hold it while we rocked and he eat. If he wasn't holding my hand, he was holding his own hand. It was the cutest thing ever! At five months, he also loves to laugh and loves to take his stroller rides! This past month, we introduced solid foods and that has been quite an experience! Ian has taken to them rather well and it is amazing to see how much he loves to help us hold on to the spoon so he can "help" feed himself.
