Pump It, Baby!
A few days ago, Ian got to bring his friend Noah with him to Pump It Up. It's been a long time since we have seen Noah and we were really glad to see that smiling face again!!
(Please excuse the fuzzy pictures - our point and shoot seems to be having problems.) Ian loved following Noah around! Noah is so much braver than Ian when it comes to climbing up the big slides.
He's a skilled climber for sure!
But watching Noah gave Ian the courage to try it himself.
They had so much fun climbing up the slide together.
Noah had no problems diving into the big obstacle course. At this point, he wasn't sure how to get from the bounce course he was in to the big ole slide next to it.
Last week when Ian and I went to Pump It Up by ourselves, Ian refused to enter the obstacle course. This time, he was so happy to follow his buddy around!
They did great climbing up, over, and through everything!
Ian had a blast squeezing between the large inflated tubes.
And, of course, the regular bounce structures were a ton of fun too.
Unfortunately, most of my pictures are really really blurry. The boys had a great time playing with the balls and following each other around though. When we left, Ian knew what he wanted.
And so did Noah! Those balloons were so fun to look at!
Even though the balloon excitement lasted for only a short bit, we still had fun with them!
We then made a quick trip to Target. Ian actually sat in the basket for the ride into the store. Of course it was hot and sunny so I didn't want to stop and take a picture outside and as soon as we got inside, Ian stood up. Oh well - Noah is an amazingly good influence on Ian!
The boys got frosted animal crackers at the store and ate them as a snack in the car. At one point, I looked in the review mirror to see Noah starting at Ian, who had made a huge mess! So we pulled over to clean up. Sweet Noah wanted his hands cleaned too!
We are so thankful Ian has such a wonderful friend like Noah! We can't wait until our next play date!
