Another Fun Family Walk

This evening we went for another walk. (I promise it is evening, although it looks like afternoon in all the pictures!) I am falling in love with our family walks together. They are so peaceful and relaxing and I really enjoy our family time together.

The place we walked to today - a little pond with a fountain nearby.

It was fun to discover that there was a bench and a picnic table by the weeping willow tree. We'll definitely have to come back for a picnic!

When we got there, we let Ian get out of his stroller and he immediately set off exploring with Daddy.

Right by the pond was a little grassy area with a mini creek running through it. Ian loved running through the grass and loved even more that Daddy swung him over the creek each time.

C'mon, Daddy! One more time! (Okay, more like five times!)

Daddy definitely got a work out tonight! After the creek crossings, we ran down some steep hills together and came home and played "Ring Around the Rosy" in the backyard. It was a wonderful evening! I was telling James this evening how much I love spending time with him and Ian. He is such a good Daddy and our time together inspires me to be a better mother and wife. I am so blessed to have two such wonderful boys in my life!
