Dino Pool

One of the perks of having our own backyard now is that we can get a little pool set up for Ian out on the patio. After doing a bit of research, we settled on this cool dino pool. Unfortunately, the first one had a hole in the bottom, so we took it back. Daddy picked out the second one and did a great job. No holes and it was on clearance for $25!

Ian helped me blow it up in the kitchen (with the aid of our friend the air pump!).

I LOVE having a kitchen big enough to blow up a pool in. :-)

Ian and I then took it outside and Ian helped me fill it up.

Ian had so much fun playing with the hose and watching the pool fill.

He ran laps around the pool!

One of my fav features of this pool is the waterfall feature. Ian thought it was great too.

The dino pool included - what else? Two blow up dinosaurs! While I was blowing up the second one, Ian took the first one on a tour of the pool.

Once he had both dinos, Ian tried putting them both on his head!

Apparently that didn't go over too well (pun intended...haha!). Those poor dinos...hopefully they are just resting and not going the way of the common goldfish.

Ian had a blast playing in his new pool!

What was even better (for Momma anyways) was that Ian took a 3 hour nap after all that fun playtime!! He rarely ever naps that long. The lucky little guy will probably be getting lots more pre-nap time play in his pool. :-)
