Skip

Skip is such a good friend to Ian. While Ian isn't totally dependent on him (he can even sleep with another puppy dog just fine), Skip is definitely his favorite.

Skip doesn't seem to mind when Ian packs him up.

Of course, Skip just knows his little buddy won't leave him packed for long.

Skip doesn't even seem to mind being held upside down, which is Ian's favorite way to hold him.

Skip patiently waits while Ian explores new challenges. (Ian actually took Skip with him while climbing on the box lid at first...I just missed that picture op!)

Skip is a very good cuddler. He doesn't mind being squished between Ian and a box, the floor, etc.

Skip is there for Ian anytime he needs him.

Of course, he doesn't mind watching Veggie Tales with Ian.

By the way, Ian still crosses his little feet...I think it is so cute!

And Skip is the best watchdog while Ian sleeps.

He's always available for a few cuddles too.

When Ian gets up from his nap, he always wants me to take Skip before I pick him up.

They are such sweet friends!

We're sure glad to have Skip around!

P.S. We've all been pretty wiped this weekend! Not sure if it is the weather changing or what, but none of us have felt totally ourselves. Ian has been carrying Skip around quite a bit more, and he's also been a bit more cuddly than ususal (of course, I'm not complaining!). Watching Veggie Tales with Daddy is as high up on the "like" list as Skip is, and I couldn't resist adding this picture of Ian and Daddy chilling on the couch yesterday. (Ian is playing with is belly button - his new favorite body part.)
