On the 8th Day of Christmas...
...Santa brought to me lots of Christmas fun with family! Yup, that's right. Sunday was Christmas #1 over at Gramma K's house! We made pigs in a blanket to take, but they had to sit under the Charlie Brown tree while we got everything else packed up in the car.
Gramma K and her boyfriend, Steve, and done a great job decorating! The Coca-Cola tree was up in the playroom.
The playroom entertainment center had more figurines and lighted garland.
Gramma K had surprised us and the boys with power wheels! Ace greeted us by showing off Thomas.
The Santa hats were all laid out and ready for little Santas.
Steve made a cozy fire.
Presents galore! Must have been some VERY good boys this year!
Great-Grandma, Gramma K, and Aunt Kt busy in the kitchen. Gramma K made the cute reindeer cake pops and the pinecone cheese ball...super creative!
Look! There's two bows!
Yum! Rum balls, peanut butter balls, reindeer cake pops for the boys, and more cake pops for the rest of us!
Food, food, yummy Christmas food! Pigs in a blanket, taquitos, breaded peppers, and white chicken chili.
More food! The smoked turkey was yummy!
10 points if you can find Uncle Tray in this pic!
Nutcracker decorations!
Everyone sitting down for dinner.
Ha - Ian had a great time hanging out with Uncle Tray!
Aww - this is such a fun Christmas picture! Stuffed stockings in front of the fireplace.
James decided that since Uncle Tray was being such a good uncle to Ian, he should play with Ace. Unfortunately, this isn't the best picture.
Christmas elves!
Aww...sweet family pic! Can't wait til that little baby gets here!
Gramma K and Steve.
Love this pic - brother and sister!
Sniff, sniff. Poor Uncle Tray got stuck in the corner and couldn't open Christmas presents.
Great-Grandma and Great- Grandpa.
Gramma K played Santa Clause and passed out presents.
While she was doing that, our sneaky little munchkin got into his stocking. We looked over and he had pulled his sippy cup and orange out of his stocking. Lucky guess on which stocking was his!
As soon as Gramma K Santa Clause handed Ian his gift from Aunt Kt and Uncle Tray, Ian dropped his stocking items and dove right into his present. It was so cute to see how excited he was about it!
Aww...a little present for the baby! Love this pic of Kt and Tray - they're such a cute couple! (At least when they're not being dorks.... Hehe...j/k!)
Ian worked for a bit getting all that wrapping paper off his present.
Gramma K gave everyone little Snoopy bags with presents in them.
Sweet, sweet, sweet! Gramma K and Ian opening a present together!
The tag on this present read "To: James and Laura. From: Cinderella". Thanks, Cindy! That will come in handy!
James was pretty excited about this drumming shirt. Gramma K is great about giving him a shirt or two every year. He wears them quite a bit!
Ian was laying on cousin's sweats (that say "Flying Ace") and saying, "awww!"
Family kisses!
Ace is the sweetest little boy. He gave everyone hugs!
I hope Ian is this sweet someday!
Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa opened their stockings.
And so did we! Great-Grandma made our stockings. She is so talented and I love pulling them out every year!
Cousin helped me get all the goodies out of mine.
Gramma K had these cute little puzzles made for Ian and Ace.
Haha...Steve wearing Gramma K's big reading glasses.
Gramma K had both Ian and Ace make fun little homemade decorations for us and Kt & Tray. Ours are hanging on the fridge right now.
Both boys loved the reindeer cake pops from Gramma K.
Project Manager Aunt Kt was so sweet and put together the Little People Stand n Play Rampway they got Ian.
Uncle Tray and the boys helped.
After a bit, the boys took a bath and changed into their jammies. I caught them soon afterwards in the playroom. Ian was shaking one of Gramma K's coke tins and Ace thought it was hilarious!
They soon got tired of that and went back to play cars. Ian loves his new car ramp!
Aww...cousin hugs!
Ian started practicing his gymnastics.
Yum! Cake pop goodness!
Hehe...Uncle Tray and Steve fell asleep watching the game.
Eventually, it was time to home. We piled our goodies in the car and said good-bye to everyone.
We had so much fun! Thanks to everyone for such a great Christmas and for so many wonderful memories!
