Sunshine Cupcakes

We thought a nice way to remember Babe would be make Sunshine cupcakes since she brought so much sunshine into the lives of those who knew her.

I filled the cupcake tin to capacity with the batter, so they all came out with tall, fluffy, floppy tops.

Just more room for some yummy icing...

...which set the background for some sunshine. We will always miss her, but will carry a piece of her sunshine in our hearts forever.

And one more photo to remember her by. Our neighbor, his sweet, beautiful late wife (she lost a courageous battle with cancer a few years ago), and Babe.
