Vita-Good

Gummies are hard territory for us. Ian loves them, but many of them contain apple or coconut oil. And now that we've started Feingold, all the ones with any sort of berry or grape flavor are off the list. That leaves very few options!

Fortunately, I stumbled across these two gems at Walgreens this week while filling a prescription. We've had the Marvel Heroes before and Ian really liked them. However, back before Feingold, I couldn't tell if Ian was reacting to them or something else, so we had stopped taking them for a while. Now I know the Maqui Berry juice and Black Carrot juice are unlikely to affect Ian so he can have them again. This is fantastic news for us because Ian is so picky that he really doesn't get enough nutrients just through what he eats.

The Vitafusion calcium gummy find made my day! Ian's dietitian had actually been looking for a calcium supplement for him and hadn't found anything. These are flavored with blueberry juice (purple ones) and carrot juice (orange ones). So for now Ian just gets orange, but he at least he is getting calcium! I will be writing the companies and thanking them for making natural products that my child can have!
