Daddy Duty

Friday night while I was off presenting a workshop (more on that to come soon), Daddy had baby duty. Ian and Daddy had a great time playing together, as always. Ian was in a bit of a silly mood at dinner time and kept shaking his head "no" and banging on his high chair. Daddy said he missed the best part of it, but here's a little video clip to give you an idea of the fun they had.



Daddy does such a good job taking care of Ian! I honestly don't know what I would do without him. He is the best calmer-downer there is for that little guy. Daddy can almost always get Ian to sleep easier than I can and always a trick up his sleeve for making him laugh.

By the way, we've had a good week on sleeping through the night! In fact, Ian has totally slept through the night the last three nights. I think we are on a roll now!

Ian loves to sleep with his head tucked in a corner. About a week ago, I caught him sleeping like this, with one foot tucked up against his crib rails.
