Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day to everyone! Mine started off wonderfully. Daddy changed Ian's dirty diaper and brought me a card and juice in my special "Mommy" cup he made for me last year (apparently Daddy and Ian communicated through belly talk and Ian told Daddy what to get me last year even before he was born!). It was such a sweet thing to wake up to! My little man was in such a good mood and gave Mommy lots of kisses!

Ian has started being a little cuddle bug and it just melts my heart every time he puts his head on my shoulder for some good cuddles. We haven't been able to catch him in the act to take pictures before (because we are usually trying to get him to bed when he cuddles!), but we finally got some pix!

I love the little coy expression on his face in this one!

Ian taking sips from Mommy's cup.

Yummo! That's some good juice!

A little later, we met up with Aunti Liz, Allie, Aiden, Nana, and Mr. Frank (Nana's boyfriend!!) at Nana's house for brunch. Ian was sooo sleepy!

After brunch, Auntie Liz and I decided to take the kids to Dollar Tree. Ian was so tired that he fell asleep in the car on the way...pretty normal for him. But then he stayed asleep during the entire store trip, even with little cousins running back and forth and talking loudly right next to him.

Proof he slept through the store! He hasn't done that since he was four or five months old!

Back home at our apartment, Daddy and Aiden had fun putting Ian's cowboy hat on.

I was surprised Ian kept the hat on!

He just loves his cousins though and will do just about anything they do!

Mr. Frank was doing a few things on Mommy's computer and Ian wanted to help! Allie and Aiden were taking the opporunity to get some good cuddles in!

Then we decided to get the kids out and go walking to see the apartment pool and playground. Here's Auntie Liz walking with Mom and Mr. Frank.

Playing on the swings...I think it is so cute how Aiden and Ian are looking at each other.

Haha - love this face!

The kids had so much fun swinging!

Aiden showing off his good balance!

Nana thought she could do it too, but Mr. Frank shook the cables and made it hard! Fortunately, Nana made it across in one piece.

Whee! Having fun!

Ian thought it was so funny when Daddy would put his hand up to push him!

Awww...cuddle moment. :-)

Ian showing off his Mother's Day shirt. It says, "If you think I'm cute, you should see my Mom!"

Auntie Liz took this picture of herself with Ian...cute! Ian is so puzzled by it!

Happy Mother's Day to everyone out there! Hope you had a wonderful day!
