Whoo-whee! I tell ya, when we have a hard day, we have a hard day. Poor Ian was having a rough time yesterday. Lots of clinging, kicking, fussing, whining, hitting, and biting (fortunately just once on my shoulder and I already had my coat on). Makes it hard for a Momma to get anything done!
Fortunately, he did really well at playcare while I had to work. That is really encouraging to us because when he is having "one-of-those" kind of days, he tends to hit a lot. I am pretty sure that behavior came as a result of some cookies he ate, which is actually encouraging. Get rid of the cookies (and other salicylates), get rid of the erratic behavior. At least that is the plan!
So tomorrow we are headed to Whole Foods. :-)

I half-way think maybe sometime soon (read 6 months to a year), we could actually start thinking about Baby #2. Stupid hyperemesis.
I haven't seen my hubby all day. Love his job, not so fond of the hours sometimes.
Ian has hit the "hold you" stage where he sticks his arms up and says "hold you", meaning "hold me". LOVE it!
Ian accidentally broke my glasses today. He likes to pull them open for me and I try not to let him do this because he pulls too hard. Today, as he was reaching for my glasses I told him to give them to Mommy. Of course, that made him more determined to open them himself. Pop! Off went the side earpiece. Sigh. He got a time out in his crib for not listening. Mommy got a time out in the shower (I had to get ready for work) to not overreact. So in addition to Whole Foods, I will be going to look for new glasses tomorrow.
That wraps it up for tonight...random and boring...ha!
